  1. What exactly is an ebook and how does it work?

    EBook is short for "electronic book", meaning that you will download the whole book in .pdf format and will be able to read it from your computer right away. You can read the book from your computer, laptop, or print it out.

    The advantage to having an ebook is that there are no shipping costs and no delivery delays. This saves you both money and time. It doesn't matter where you are in the world, after payment you will be able to read the book right away.

  2. I am a woman, will this program work for me?

    Absolutely. I have worked with women of all ages. As a woman, you may want to work on different parts of your body, and that's OK. My ebook will cover all aspects of muscle building, sculpting, and etc.

    In reality, there is very little, if any difference between the way men and women should work out.

    How much muscle you want to gain is up to you. As you read my ebook you can pick and choose which exercises to do, what diets to follow, and etc. All depending on your goals.

  3. How quickly can I expect to see results?

    Following my ebook you should start noticing a (physical and mental) difference within 4 weeks. If you want, write down what you are able to lift now, how much you can bench, or pull, and then compare your results 4 weeks later.

    It's important to remember that everyone is different. I will go into this in my book. But, if you are shorter you have shorter arms, and you may see yourself lifting more sooner -- this is all physics.

    On average, customers usually achieve their initial goals within 3-4 months.

  4. Does your program work for complete beginners?

    Absolutely. People often hurt themselves when working out because they don't know what they are doing. I will go into a lot of detail about this in my book.

    My book will outline everything you need to know about muscle building, the what, the where, the when, the why, the how... I will talk about stretching, cardio, rest, supplements, diets, and much more.

  5. I am over [30,40,50,60, take your pick] am I too old to use your program?

    You are only as old as you feel.

    There is a saying, It does not matter how far you have traveled down the wrong path. Just turn around and you'll be on the right path again.

    It is never too late to start. Just realize that because you are older your testosterone levels will be lower and therefore you will generally grow your muscles at a slower pace. But everything worth having is worth working for.

    With patience and persistence everyone can build an excellent physique to be proud of.

  6. I am [13,14,15,16,17,18,19...] am I too young to use your program?

    The world today is not what it used to be when I was growing up. There are now 500 channels on TV, addictive video games, fast food, and etc.

    Because you are young your goals may be different, so you will have to pick and choose which of my exercises to follow depending on your goals. From my book, you will learn about how and why muscles work the way they do, and most importantly how to grown and maintain them. If you start early you will have this knowledge for life, and will look and feel better than most people your age. There are certainly benefits to starting early!

  7. Is this program effective for fat loss as well?

    Though the main goal of this book is to bulk up and tone your body, most people will agree that with a muscle builders exercise routine and diet turning fat into muscle is a great way to lose the fat.

    As your muscles grow they will require more energy to maintain, and so you will burn through more calories and fat around the clock, even while at rest.

  8. Do I have to join a gym to use this program?

    No, you do not have to join a gym in order to use my program. You can set up your own home gym by purchasing a basic weight set that includes a barbell and dumbbells along with a basic bench press.

    A gym is a good choice simply because it includes such a wide range of equipment and when you get there, you're there to work out, and not to do anything else, such as check your email in between reps.

    That said, everything that is mentioned in the book can be perfectly accomplished outside the gym.

  9. I live outside the United States. Can still purchase the package? What will be the price in my currency?

    Yes, you can still order the book even if you live outside of the United State. And since the book is in electronic format you can order, download, and read it from any country in the world.

  10. I am not trying to become a professional body builder, can I still use your book?

    Absolutely. I have worked with people of all ages, all with different goals. I will present you with the knowledge and it will be up to you to decide how far to take it.

    Ultimately, working with weights is a great way to trim the fat and gain muscle, or to put on muscles if you're skinny.

    There's a lot more to muscle building than to just lifting weights. I will talk about diet, resting periods, how your muscles work, how your muscles grow, how sports drinks work, what various muscle supplements do, and etc. You will get an overall education on how to build strong lean muscles, how far you want to take it will be up to you.
